Terms of use

Mint Fan is a platform where independent sellers list digital wallpapers and share private links to them. By using the site, buying a product, or creating a seller account you agree to these terms.

About the images. Wallpapers sold on Mint Fan may be created or modified with digital tools, including artificial intelligence. A product may be fully AI generated, partly AI generated, digitally edited, or made by hand. Sellers are not required to label which method was used. By purchasing you acknowledge that the image you receive may be artificially generated or altered and that this is not grounds for a refund.

1. What you are buying

Each purchase is a licence to one digital file or pack of files as described on the product page. The seller remains the owner of the work. Previews are representative; the delivered files may differ slightly in cropping, resolution or colour depending on device.

2. Licence for buyers

You may use the wallpapers on any devices you personally own and for personal, non commercial display.
You may not resell, redistribute, share the download link, bundle, print for sale, or upload the files to any other service, including AI training sets.
You may not claim the work as your own.

3. Delivery and refunds

Files are delivered through a download link shown after checkout and available again by reloading the confirmation page. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been shown. If a file is corrupt, missing, or clearly not what was described, contact the seller through the link they shared you and they will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws where you live.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Mint Fan does not store card details. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Mint Fan charges sellers a platform fee of 1% per sale in addition to Stripe's processing fee.

5. Sellers

Seller accounts are approved at Mint Fan's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time, including for selling content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or is sexually explicit.
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including any source material used by AI tools, and that your listings do not include real people without their consent, trademarks, or copyrighted characters you do not own.
You are responsible for your own taxes and for handling refund requests from your buyers fairly.
Payouts are made by Stripe to the bank account you connect. Stripe's own terms apply to your Stripe account.
You grant Mint Fan a licence to display your previews and product details for the purpose of running the platform.

6. Takedowns

If you believe a product on Mint Fan infringes your rights, send details of the work and the product link to the seller or to Mint Fan through the contact method shown on the seller's link. Infringing products will be removed.

7. Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Mint Fan may close accounts that are inactive, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

8. Privacy

Mint Fan collects the email address used at checkout or signup, order records, and files sellers upload. Buyer emails are shared with the seller of the product bought so they can provide support. Data is stored with Supabase and Stripe and is not sold to third parties.

9. Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Mint Fan is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from products sold by sellers, or from interruptions to the service. Mint Fan's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
